By implementing this project Enniscorthy Enterprise & Technology Centre proposes to use the mobility to reevaluate its existing training programmes in Business administration. This was done by both students and staff mobilities.
Objectives
1- To improve the quality and relevance of our VET courses, raising attainment levels, professional profiles and employability.
2- To provide more enriching educational experiences to our VET students.
3- To improve our students and teaching staff´s professional, social and intercultural skills.
4- To raise the professional skills and career projections of our VET students and staff.
5- To enrich the personal and professional competence of our staff and students in a different country and socio-cultural context.
6- To inform the local and community on the possibilities of our VET qualifications in order to promote these studies.
7- To increase the level of awareness of other people’s points of view and awareness of different cultures.

Activities
The activities of this proposal was to send Business Administration students to Estepona on short term mobility work placements. This supports the development of job specific skills needed in the labour market. It makes mobility a realistic possibility for our learners, as our students don’t go to college or drop out or are unemployed for a number of years before they join our programme. Two staff members also went on job shadow mobility so that they re-evaluated our training programmes as it exists at the present time and helped our organisation design better work placement procedures. The knowledge gained from these mobility integrated into our organisation procedures.

Impact
By the end of the project we completed four students mobility and two staff mobilities successfully. We used the information gathered from the feedback of the mobilities to incorporate into our organisation’s operations, training programme’s and work placement procedures. We marketed the launch of our Erasmus project, we informed our new learners about the project and we informed the local community about the project. The Erasmus project helped the roll out of our Business related programmes.
