Health and Well-Being for Remote Workers
This initiative is designed to support remote workers in adopting and sustaining a healthy lifestyle while working from home or in co-working environments. It focuses on integrating structured physical activity and balanced nutrition into daily routines, enhancing both wellbeing and productivity.
Participants will engage in the development of a tailored training programme aimed at promoting healthier habits in their workplace settings. This programme will be designed from the ground up, with practical applications and adaptability in mind.
As part of the initiative, participants will gain insight and inspiration from members of Enniscorthy Athletics Club, exploring proven methods and success stories. They will reflect on their lifestyle before and after the programme to assess impact and identify areas of personal and professional growth.
The knowledge and strategies gained during this experience will be transferred back to the participants’ workplaces, contributing to a culture of health and wellness.

The course is ideal for people that work in an office environment or for managers who need to plan and use data wisely.
